In the wee hours of the morning, a stranger started to check on cars that were parked outside the houses at 4:12 am on October 24, 2018, in the newly opened community at Newbury, Dixon. It is good it was captured on camera. The video and image reveals that the burglar was checking on unlock cars, maybe to steal some valuables stuff that might be available inside it. Fortunately, the cars he checked are all locked and secured. Just a warning to the neighborhood, always lock your cars and if possible double checking the surroundings a must. Let us be “ proactively “ involve in neighborhood watch.
