0115 Theft from a vehicle in the 1100 blk of Afton Way.
0155 Bar Check in the 800 blk of N. Adams St.
0230 Suspicious Persons in the area of Folsom Fair Cir / Valley Glen Dr.
0425 RP by cell phone advising she and her children were being held against their will. Responding officers found no evidence to support the allegation and turned the investigation over to the Dixon Police Dept Investigations Div and CPS.
0650 Found Property in the 2000 blk of N. First St. A men’s frame mountain bike was booked into evidence as Found Property at the Dixon Police Dept.
0820 Vandalism reported in the 300 blk of West H St.
0845 Suspicious Circumstance at Newgate Wy / Calmace Dr.
0900 Agency Assist for HAS at Stratford Ave / Parkgreen Dr. The owner of two dogs running loose was located and took possession of the dogs in the 1100 blk of Dawson Dr.
0915 Theft of a women’s blue Fuji brand bicycle during the night. Victim provided a photograph of the bicycle to the responding officer.
1025 Security checks conducted in Beat 7.
1035 Officer observed the above stolen bicycle next to a residence in the 600 blk of Amesbury Dr. During the ensuing investigation, probationer Kenneth Joel Webster, 33, of Dixon, was in possession of that bicycle and a second bicycle observed nearby. Webster was subsequently arrested and booked into the Solano County Jail for violations of 496 PC – possession of stolen property, 485 PC – appropriation of lost property, and 1203.2 PC – violation of probation.

1855 Agency Assist for Fairfield PD in the Safeway parking lot, 1235 Stratford Ave. Attempt to locate a wanted, armed & dangerous felon believed to be associated with a vehicle in the parking lot. Vehicle and occupants were stopped, but the wanted subject was not among them. 98/4 Austin/Morgan/Forsythe/FFPD

0325 Suspicious Vehicle driving in the area of Rehrmann Dr / Manning Way.
0400 Suspicious Vehicle in the area of Vaughn Rd / Kid’s Way. Officers contacted Luis Adria Hernandez-Paniagua, 28, of Sebastopol, who initially provided a false name to the officers. Eventually officers discovered his true identity and found that he was wanted on an outstanding no-cite warrant out of Sonoma County for violations of 11364(a) H&S – possession of narcotics paraphernalia, 14601.1(a) CVC – driving while suspended, and 853.7 PC – failure to appear. He was arrested and booked on the above charges as well as 148.9 PC – providing false information to a Police Officer.
