0342 Hit and Run traffic accident resulted in the arrest of Joshua Jose Antonio Serrano (34) out of Sacramento. Serrano was the driver of a vehicle involved in a collision. Serrano fled the scene of the collision and was located by officers a block away, where he fought with officers for several minutes. Serrano was taken into custody charges forwarded to Solano County Jail per 20002(a) VC-Hit and Run and 148(a)(1) PC-Resist/Obstruct/Delay Peace Officer.

0205 Agency Assist for Alcoholic Beverage Control in the 500 blk of Stratford Ave. Agents had an uncooperative female in custody for DUI and needed a caged unit for the transport to the Solano County Jail.
0310 Traffic Enforcement Stop in the 800 blk of N. Adams St resulted in the arrest of Alfredo Gamez Santos, 27, of Dixon, for 23152(a) CVC – drive while intoxicated, and 23152(b) CVC – drive with a blood alcohol content of .08, or higher. He was booked at the Solano County Jail on the above charges.

1602 Traffic Enforcement Stop at N. Second / East A Sts resulted in a DUI investigation that revealed the driver to be under the legal limit and he was released without charges.

1855 Parking Complaint at 200 E. Walnut St.
1910 Violation of a Court Order in the 800 blk of S. First St.
1940 Physical Altercation at 483 N. Adams St. Kamaldip Singh Grewel, 32, of Vacaville, lost a fight with a statue inside a restaurant. Responding officers arrested him for public intoxication and Grewel became combative. Grewel was also found in possession of a useable amount of methamphetamine. He was booked into the Solano County Jail for violations of 647(f) PC – public intoxication, 11377(a) H&S – possession of methamphetamine, and 148(a)(1) PC – resisting arrest.

2000 Agency Assist for Dixon Fire Dept and CHP on Pitt School Rd south of Porter Rd on a non-injury solo vehicle traffic accident. CHP officers arrested the driver for DUI.
