0115 Public Intoxication reported in the 900 blk of Newgate Way. Subjects who appeared to be intoxicated and possibly at the wrong address had rung doorbell and attempted access to the backyard. Subjects left the area prior to officers’ arrival.
0330 Security checks conducted in Beat 3.
0510 Stranded Motorist in the 1200 blk of N. Lincoln St.
0600 Vehicle Burglary reported in the Lincoln Creek Apts, 1395 N. Lincoln St.
0620 Agency Assist for Dixon Fire Dept concerning a subject found unconscious on a lawn on El Dorado Ct.
0700 Found Property in the 1600 blk of N. Lincoln St. Some of the items stolen in the above vehicle burglary were located hidden in bushes and were returned to the owner.
0735 Alarm activation in the 100 blk of N. Lincoln St.
0830 Follow-up investigation conducted via phone.
0835 Follow-up investigation conducted at the Dixon Police Dept.

0930 Found wallet at Hall Park.
1020 Suspicious Circumstance reported in the 100 blk of Heritage Ln.
1110 Follow-up investigation conducted via phone.
1155 Cellular 911 disconnect from the 100 blk of West A St. Responding officers found there was no emergency.
1220 Bicycle theft reported from the 900 blk of N. Adams St.
1245 Domestic Violence reported in the 1800 blk of N. First St. Eric Simpliciano Buenafe, 50, transient Dixon, was contacted in the 100 blk of Stratford Ave and taken into custody for violation of 273.5 PC – felony domestic battery. Buenafe was subsequently booked into the Solano County Jail on the above charge.
1250 Pedestrian stop in the 300 blk of Stratford Ave on a probationer which resulted in a probation search of his person and an infield interview concerning the above vehicle burglary.
1320 Hit&Run collision of a parked vehicle in the 200 blk of East D St.
1615 Agency Assist for the Dixon Fire Dept working a structure fire at the Birchwood Apt complex in the 200 blk of West H St. Occupants of the apartment were witnessed running from the scene immediately prior to the fire being reported. Responding officers located and detained resident Demetrius Sunne Wiley, 40, of Dixon, at N. Adams / West E St. She claimed to have no knowledge of the fire, but was arrested on an outstanding warrant for 853.7 PC – failure to appear, on a Vacaville PD case. Wiley and her roommate’s involvement in the fire is still under investigation.
1645 Verbal Dispute in the 1000 blk of Sommer Dr between 30+ yr old son and his father.
1800 Night Shift officers relieving Day Shift officers at the scene of the structure fire.
1830 Neighbor Dispute in the 300 blk of E. Mayes St.
2000 Parking Complaint at Elm Dr / S. Eighth St.
2050 Flagdown in the 1400 blk of Ary Ln concerning a suspicious person at the Motel 6, 1480 Ary Ln.
2145 Noise Disturbance on Keel Ct.
2205 Alarm Activation in the 1500 blk of N. Lincoln St. Cleaning crew.
2220 Neighbor Dispute recall in the 300 blk of E. Mayes St.
2240 Physical Altercation reported at the Birchwood Apts in the 200 blk of West H St. Mutual combat with no injuries and refusal for prosecution by both involved parties.

0815 Traffic Enforcement stop in the 600 block of Bell Dr resulted in Mason John, 18, of Dixon, being arrested for violations of 12500(a) CVC – driving without a license, and an outstanding warrant for 853.7 PC – failure to appear. John was booked into the Solano County Jail on the warrant and cited for the driving violations.
0920 Trespassing reported in the 200 blk of Fuller Ln. Responsible left prior to officers’ arrival.
0930 Check Fraud reported in the 1300 blk of N. First St.
1155 Alarm Activation in the 600 blk of Amesbury Dr.
1240 Abandoned Vehicle reported in the 900 blk of Newgate Way.
1310 Theft reported in the 100 blk of Heritage Ln.
1345 Code Compliance Check in the 1300 blk of Bello Dr.

1600 Agency Assist at the Dixon Police Dept. RP reporting a vehicle collision which occurred in another jurisdiction. RP referred to CHP.
1620 Suspicious Vehicle in the 400 block of Gateway Dr.
1630 Panic Alarm Activated in the 1400 blk of Ary Ln. Responding officers discovered it to be an accidental activation.
1635 Alarm Activation in the 1200 blk of Parkgreen Dr.
1640 Code Compliance Check follow-up at the Dixon Police Dept.
1645 Non-injury traffic collision at N. Lincoln St / Little Ln.
1720 Reckless Vehicle reported in the area of Vaughn Rd / N. First St.

2015 911 disconnect from the 900 blk of Jeffrey Ln. Call back from dispatch discovered occupants were involved in a verbal altercation. No crime had been committed and the involved parties agreed to end contact.

2220 Parking Complaint in the 300 blk of S. Second St resulted in the storage of a white 1996 Toyota Previa, registered out of Davis, pursuant to 22651(d) CVC – blocking a driveway.
2240 Agency Assist at N. Lincoln / N. First Sts for Solano County Sheriff on a traffic stop requesting a DUI evaluation. Assisting officer’s investigation determined the driver was not impaired.
