0218 Follow-up at Dixon PD. Victim of lost property from call at 2343 hours responded to Dixon PD from out of the area to claim her cell phone and CA DL.
0219 Agency assist in the 1100 block of North Lincoln St.
0321 Theft reported in the 200 block of East Dorset Dr resulted in the arrests of Benjamin Adam Darling(37) of , per 1203.2 PC, probation violation and 496 PC possession of stolen property; Mohammed Jamer Abughannam(31) of West Sacramento for three outstanding misdemeanor warrants and Joseph Michael Lopez() of Sacramento for 11377(a)HS- possession of methamphetamine, 11364(a) HS- possession of drug paraphernalia and 4454 PC PRCS Parole violation. Darling and Lopez were transported to Solano County Jail where they were booked on the above charges. Abughannam was cited and released from Dixon PD.

1756 Traffic stop in the area of West A St/Estates Dr.
1835 DUI driver/Agency assist for CHP in the area of A St/Evans Rd resulted in the arrest of Rodney Synclaire Mielke(69) of Dixon per 23152(a/b) VC, DUI and DUI with BAC>.08. Dixon officers initiated a traffic stop on Mielke and learned he had been involved in a hit and run accident south of the city limits prior to the stop. Mielke was transported to Solano County Jail and booked on the above charges. Mielke’s 1998 Honda CRV was towed from the scene.
1839 Follow-up investigation in the 1000 block of North 1st St. Stolen property identified as belonging to CVS was returned.

2001 Citizen assist in the 1300 block of North Lincoln St. Citizen turning in a firearm for destruction.
