0020 Traffic Enforcement stop at S. First St / Heritage Ln resulted in the arrest of Armando Castellanos Gonzalez, 19, of Dixon, for violations of 23140 CVC – DUI under 21yrs of age, and 23152(a) CVC – driving while impaired by alcohol.

0505 Bicyclists stopped on West H St / Bounds Dr resulted in the arrest of Daniel Figueroa Rios, 42, of Dixon, on a warrant for a Failure to Appear on a Dixon PD case out of Solano County.

2215 Hit&Run in the 300 blk of Manning Way. Responsible vehicle, a white 2006 Volvo S60, was located in front of 1035 West B St, but the resident, a relative of the registered owner, denied knowledge of who had been driving during the collision. The vehicle was stored pending further investigation.
