0725 Theft of mail from the 500 block of Morgan Ln. The community mailbox was broken into at an unknown date and time. An area check by officers revealed community mailboxes on Heath Ct, Fountain Wy and Afton Wy were also broken into.

1345 Cellular 911 disconnect with no location information available.
1425 Pedestrian stop at West H / N. Almond Sts resulted in the arrest of Daniel Figueroa-Rios, 42, of Dixon, for violation of 487 PC – grand theft, reference the stolen tools reported earlier in the day. Rios was also found in violation of 11364 H&S – possession of narcotics paraphernalia. Rios was transported to the Solano County Jail and booked on the above charges.

1555 Suspicious Persons reported in the 500 blk of Devonshire Dr.
1810 Shoplifter in custody at WalMart, 235 E. Dorset Dr. Crystal Ann Buenvenida, 34, of Esparto, was detained by store loss prevention personnel for violation of 484 PC – shoplifting, and turned over to responding officers as a citizen’s arrest.
1815 Stolen Vehicle Recovered at Pembroke Way / McKenzie Dr. A white 2006 Mercedes CLS500, which had previously been reported stolen to the Dixon Police Dept, was located parked at the curb. Witnesses advised it showed up within the last 24hrs.
1830 Theft of mail reported in the 500 blk of Fountain Way.

2010 Follow-up investigation conducted in the 300 blk of Manning Way.
2020 Traffic Hazard at Pitt School Rd / West F St. Officer removed a tree limb removed from the roadway.
2110 Cellular 911 disconnect in the area of Hopkins Dr / Peterson Ln. No emergency was located.

2049 During above listed extra patrol, an employee from Wal-Mart called in a shoplifting in-custody. Samantha Daniels Boyd(25) of Davis was placed under citizen’s arrest per 459.5 PC. Boyd was issued a citation with a Notice to Appear and released from the scene.
