Flooded Road Near Dixon May Reopen Soon
BREAKING: The CHP says part of state Route 113 could reopen Friday afternoon.

In Solano County, state Route 113 between Fry and Hay roads south of Dixon remains closed because of overnight flooding, Caltrans said.
