LAST CALL for May Fair Parade Entries

All application are due by Wednesday.

DIXON, CA- The Dixon May Fair Parade is approaching fast and the deadline for entering the May Fair Parade is Wednesday, April 27, 5:00 p.m. No applications will be accepted after the deadline.

The parade will march, drive, walk and entertain its way along First Street on Saturday, May 7.

Participants are encouraged to incorporate this year’s theme, “Buzzing with Excitement" into their entries.

"The Dixon Chamber of Commerce would like to thank the Dixon May Fair for sharing their creative theme and the beautiful May Fair Logo every year," expressed Chamber Chief Administrator Carol Pruett in a press release, "We hope you, too, will enjoy being a part of this historical event."

Parade participants will be judged by the Pacific Coast Judges Association and the California State Horsemen’s Association, and are encouraged to be as creative as possible.

Mayfair Parade Packets can still be picked up at the Dixon Chamber of Commerce, as well as at the chamber website.

The family fun day begins with the Annual Rotary Pancake Breakfast before the Parade, and can be followed by a trip to the fair. Fairgoers can even stop by the junior livestock auction and bid on youth raised animals for meat.
