2210 Suspicious vehicle in the 1300 block of North Lincoln St resulted in the arrest of Francesco Nualon (19) of Corcoran, CA per 272PC, contributing to the delinquency of a minor. A 16 year old juvenile missing person from out of the area was located during the same call for service and returned to her parents. Nualon was transported to Solano County Jail and booked on the above charge.
