Who's Hiring: City of Dixon Seeks Economic Development & Grants Manager

The City of Dixon has posted an announcement as it searches for an individual to fill the vacant role of Economic Development and Grants Manager for the city.

The role comes with myriad responsibilities, most notable amongst them, the responsibility of developing, coordinating and implementing the city's overall economic development plan, according to the announcement.

Here is a brief synopsis of what applicants can expect:

[The individual] administers marketing and outreach programs for new businesses and for the retention and expansion of existing businesses. Provides specialized administrative support for preparing state and federal grant applications and in the oversight of grant funds and project activities.
