Two brothers have been arrested in connection with the woman's death, police said.
VACAVILLE, CA — Vacaville police Tuesday identified a woman who was killed in a domestic violence homicide Saturday as Ronelyn Egipto, 50, of Vacaville. Police found Egipto dead in a residence on Peregrine Way in south Vacaville around 2:30 a.m. when they responded to a domestic dispute call.
Egipto and Marcus James Smith, 42, of Vacaville, were in a relationship, police Lt. Mark Donaldson said. Smith and his brother, Kevin Michael Smith, 26, were found at the scene.
Police said Marcus Smith was arrested on suspicion of murder and Kevin Smith was arrested for being an accessory after the fact when he went to the residence to help his brother clean the crime scene, Donaldson said.
