Youth Coat Drive Planned For Sunday's Admirals Baseball Game In Vacaville

The drive, sponsored by the league and Solano Co. Deputy Sheriff's Assn., includes free admission to game and BBQ meal. Good time & cause!

SOLANO COUNTY, CA – The Solano County Deputy Sheriff’s Association has teamed up with the Admirals Baseball Club as they give back to the community by hosting their 3rd Annual Coat Drive and Baseball Game on Sunday, Dec. 4 at 3 p.m.

This charity game will put the youth players head-to-head against their coaches and will be played at Vacaville Christian High School.

The Solano County DSA has donated $1,000 to the Admirals to purchase new coats to help them reach their goal of collecting 1,000 youth jackets to give to youth in need this holiday season.

The association president, Daryl Snedeker, will throw out the opening ceremony first pitch.

Admission to the game, which includes a BBQ dinner and drink, is a donation of one, any size youth jacket per person.
