For the past several months, a taco truck has been parked on Colorado Boulevard--sometimes on the westbound side of the thoroughfare and sometimes on the eastward side, roughly between Glen Iris Avenue and Argus Drive. Called Eagles Tacos, the truck was parked just west of Panang Restaurant on Wednesday (it also parks near the Arco Iris Muffler shop on 1930 Colorado Blvd.). An employee told Patch that the truck stays in Eagle Rock Monday through Thursday.
