2. Yoga and wellness

Wednesday marks the first week of the opening of Elephant, Eagle Rock’s first yoga studio that also offers a range of physical and medical therapies based on ayurveda, the ancient Indian form of herbal medicine. Get your kids a free haircut—and don't miss the chance to get the entire family free dental check-ups, diabetes diagnoses, immunizations and health screenings for women.
