Sobriety and Driver’s License Checkpoint Returns to Eagle Rock Area
The checkpoint starts 8 a.m. Thursday on Eagle Rock Boulevard and El Paso Drive.

The Los Angeles Police Department will be conducting a sobriety and driver’s license checkpoint on Eagle Rock Boulevard and El Paso Drive, according to a communiqué by the LAPD’s media relations section Thursday.
The checkpoint will last from 8 p.m. Thursday, July 25, to 2 a.m. Friday, July 26.

Part of the LAPD’s annual summer-time effort, the checkpoint is aimed at detecting and apprehending impaired drivers, while also keeping track of people driving without a drivers license.
