EAGLE ROCK, CA – The following is a collection of weekly police, court and fire stories from around the Eagle Rock area this week.

A SigAlert has been issued for the Vincent Thomas Bridge, which has been entirely shut down because of a man threatening to jump.

There were three fatal crashes over the holidays in LA County compared to 13 last year. Police arrested hundreds more drivers, however.

Raafat "Ralph" Nasser Eddin, 72, of Los Angeles, was reported missing on June 13.

A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder after a crash that sent a motorcyclist careening into a building.

Los Angeles police have set up a perimeter to try and catch a shooter, who wounded three people.
