EAGLE ROCK, CA – The following is a collection of weekly police, court and fire stories from around the Eagle Rock area this week.

Expect delays at LAX where lower level Terminal 5 departure lanes were shut down after because of a major-injury crash.

The LAPD released a video of an encounter that left a young man dead in the first of a series of videos intended to increase transparency.

The man's condition was not immediately known and no officers were injured.

After complaints about former Dr. George Tyndall's behavior toward patients including photographing their genitals, police raided his home.

Police are asking for help finding a robber who tied up his victim in a Silver Lake garage.
