Former Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council member David Kofahl, who sits on the high-profile Colorado Boulevard Design Review Board, was seen at the Coffee Table Monday afternoon dressed in a T-Shirt that had the words "Santa Barbara" emblazoned across the front. Asked what the heck a longtime resident such as him was going around the neighborhood advertising a town known more for seagulls than eagles, he replied in his typically straightforward manner, with a smile: "I do go to Santa Barbara sometimes."
