'Spooktacular' Halloween Weather On Tap For East Palo Alto

As we head into Halloween week here on the Peninsula, weather forecasters are predicting a great outdoor setting for all those ghouls, goblins, fairies and other trick-or-treaters in your life.

"The Halloween forecast is expected to be spooktacular!" the National Weather Service says of this Tuesday in the Bay Area.

Dry, seasonal averages are expected through midweek — before the weather takes a wet turn later in the week, the NWS said in its forecast discussion on Monday.

"A significant change in the weather pattern is then likely late in the week that will bring widespread rainfall to the region through the upcoming weekend," forecasters said.

Partly sunny, with a high near 65. West wind 13 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph.

Mostly cloudy, with a low around 49. West wind 5 to 15 mph becoming east after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 18 mph.

Mostly sunny, with a high near 67. East southeast wind 5 to 11 mph becoming north northwest in the afternoon.
