This four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home features 2,961 square feet of living space located on a hill offering panoramic views of Silver Lake, according to its listing on Zillow. 

The home, built in 1950, features a host of high end amenities including GE Monogram appliances, custom cabinets, red oak floors and a two-car garage. The home also recently upgraded to a new water line and a 40-year rated asphalt shingle roof.

For those that prefer the outdoors, this home sprawling decks off the back of the house that overlook the Silver Lake reservoir. The house also sits on a larger 5100 square foot lot.

The house has been on the market since Sept. 10 and last sold in May 2013 for $1.1 million.
