Freeway Series Heads To Dodgers Stadium
The preseason Freeway Series is evenly split as the Dodgers and Angels head to LA to wrap up the series.
LOS ANGELES, CA — The Los Angeles Dodgers will play at Dodger Stadium for the first time in 2019 Tuesday evening, facing the Los Angeles Angels to conclude the Freeway Series and spring training play.

The teams split the two games at Angel Stadium, with the Angels winning 8-4 on Sunday and the Dodgers 8-7 on Monday. The Angels lead the series that began in 1962, 70-51, with five games ending in ties.

Both teams will begin regular-season play Thursday -- the Dodgers at Dodger Stadium against the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Angels at Oakland.
U. S. Navy Petty Officer First Class Anthony Jimenez will be honored as the Military Hero of the Game. Jimenez is a recruiter for Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. He joined the Navy in 2001 after graduating high school. His assignments included six years in the submarine force on the USS Nebraska.
