A 37-year-old man was killed Sunday morning when the motorcycle he was riding slammed into a car that was pulling out of a Los Feliz driveway, police said.
The crash happened about 8:50 a.m. in the 4600 block of Los Feliz Boulevard, Los Angeles Police Department officials said.

The victim, whose identity was withheld pending notification of kin, was westbound on a 2009 Kawasaki ZX6R motorcycle and struck a 2012 BMW 328i, police said.
The rider suffered severe head and body injuries and was taken to County-USC Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 9:29 a.m., according to
police.

The BMW driver, a woman of undisclosed age who suffered numerous lacerations and complained of pain in her left shoulder, was taken to a hospital for treatment, police said.
Neither drugs nor alcohol played a role in the crash, which is under investigation by Central Traffic Division detectives, police said.
