Silver Lake Menswear Shop MRKT Celebrates Grand Opening
MRKT Silver Lake offers up hip men's clothing from small designer labels sourced from around the globe.
The new menswear shop MRKT officially celebrated its grand opening Friday at its West Sunset Boulevard shop in Silver Lake.
The boutique clothing shop offers up hip men's clothing from emerging designers from around the world and sells lables not commonly found in Los Angeles, California Apparel News reported.
According to the website Racked, MRKT hosts an "inventory of edgy chic streetwear and cult-cool brands" and has also introduced a number of small Japanese clothing labels to the city of angels.
MRKT, which has held soft opening hours for the past month, is now open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. and on Sunday from noon until 6 p.m.
The shop took over the address of the former Serifos at 3814 W. Sunset Boulevard.
