Traffic: 'Surprise' Arcade Fire Concert to Close Streets in Hollywood

The band Arcade Fire is expected to close some streets around the Capitol Records building during a surprise concert.

For those thinking of traveling from Los Feliz or Silver Lake into Hollywood Tuesday evening, police are warning of closed streets due to a "surprise" Arcade Fire concert outside Capitol Records.

The band is expected to perform the concert at 6:30 p.m. outside the Capitol Records building  to mark the release of its album "Reflektor."

Los Angeles police are advising motorists to avoid the area around Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street, since a large crowd is expected to gather for the event.

Southbound Argyle Street is closed in the area, as is Vine Street.
