EL CERRITO, CA- El Cerrito could get housing boost if proposals to develop the vacant property by the El Cerrito Del Norte BART station goes through, according to the East Bay Times.
East Bay Times reports that the city has narrowed down three development firms from the 11 applicants for their request for qualifications to develop the Mayfair Block.
The site is next to the El Cerrito Del Norte BART station encompassed by Cutting Boulevard, San Pablo Avenue, Knott Avenue and the Ohlone Greenway.
