El Cerrito Man Identified as Richmond Murder Victim
He was found shot to death on an Interstate Highway 80 on-ramp. (Breaking)
EL CERRITO, CA — A man found shot to death on an on-ramp to Interstate Highway 80 in Richmond last week has been identified by the Contra Costa County coroner's office as 52-year-old Robert Domingo.
Domingo, of El Cerrito, died from multiple gunshot wounds, according to the coroner's office.
He was found partially on the shoulder of the Hilltop Drive on-ramp to eastbound Highway 80 at about 12:30 a.m. Thursday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
