Police Searching for Woman Suspected of Shooting Her 90-Year-Old Mother
El Cerrito Police have found enough evidence for a probable cause in the murder last year.

EL CERRITO, CA- El Cerrito police said today they have obtained a probable cause arrest warrant for the daughter of a 90-year-old woman found shot to death last year.
Officers are looking for 50-year-old Alicia "Lisa" Osibin, the adopted daughter of Mary Osibin, whose remains were found Dec. 2. Mary's remains were found in a trash barrel at her daughter's former home in the 1000 block of Leneve Place.
Police said Alicia might be in the Los Angeles area. She may have changed her name to A. or Alex Callico and she may be disguising herself by dressing in a masculine way, according to police. Alicia is 5 feet 8 inches tall, heavy-set and may be wearing glasses. Police said people should consider her armed and dangerous.

Officers started investigating Mary's disappearance on Nov. 27 and believe she was killed months earlier. She was last seen by neighbors sometime in August, police said.
Alicia has also not been seen in the area since August and before she disappeared, she talked to neighbors about traveling to Southern California or Arizona, police said.

Alicia has worked in the cleaning industry in the past and is known to drive rented vehicles, according to police.
Anyone who sees Alicia is being asked to get in touch with local police.
