
SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A 34-year-old man who died in an early morning double shooting in San Francisco's Mission District has been identified as Hubert Coleman Jr., of Richmond, according to the city's medical examiner's office.
Around 3 a.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting near the corner of 16th and Mission streets, police said. Officers found Coleman and another man, 46, suffering from gunshot wounds. The pair was taken to a hospital.
Coleman was pronounced dead at the hospital while the second victim suffered life-threatening injuries, according to police.

Police have not released any suspect information and the fatal shooting remains under investigation.
