WCC Schools Relaunch Facebook Page

The West Contra Costa Unified School District relaunched its Facebook page this month, and while there's not much activity yet, questions from viewers seem to be getting a quick response.

"What about for those that can't make it to this meeting? any other open forums available?" a reader asked yesterday following a district post about a Town Hall Forum. (The forum is scheduled for 10 a.m. today, Saturday, at Ford Elementary School in Richmond.)

The district replied within two hours: "Thanks for the question There are six upcoming townhall meetings. See the link below for a full schedule. We hope you're able to attend one, but if not share your thoughts here. We're listening! http://www.facebook.com/WestContraCostaSchools/app_137541772984354."
