A Really Bad Breakup: Elk Grovian's Witty Picture Caption Makes New Yorker Magazine

How's this for a horrific breakup?

A recent caption contest in the famously-quirky magazine The New Yorker features a line drawing of a woman being hauled away by a giant squid while a man lounging on the shore nearby throws up his hands.

The witty caption penned by Elk Grove resident Jennifer Chapman: "When is it ever a good time to break up?"
