Apparent Murder-Suicide In Elk Grove Under Investigation: Cops
BREAKING: Police said on Twitter on Sunday afternoon that a man and a woman were found on the 6300 block of Gus Way.
ELK GROVE, CA — Police are investigating what they said looks like a murder-suicide in Elk Grove.
Police said in a release that just after 8:30 a.m. on Christmas Eve officers responded to the 6300 block of Gus Way after family members found a husband and wife unresponsive inside a home. Police officers and medical personnel arrived and found the couple inside the home. Both were rushed to a nearby hospital and later died of their injuries, police said.
Their names and ages will released made by the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office.

Police said evidence at the scene as well as statements from relatives point to a murder-suicide.

Officers are investigating an apparent murder suicide in the 6300 block of Gus Way. Both subjects (an adult male and female) were found at the location and transported to a local hospital where they both succumbed to their injuries. Detectives are on scene.
