Do You Support Development in Sheldon?

Elk Grove City Councilmembers will discuss possible development in the area's commercial area during tonight's meeting.

What type of development, if any, would you like to see in the Sheldon neighborhood in the eastern part of Elk Grove?

That's what Elk Grove City Councilmembers will discuss during tonight's meeting, at 6 p.m. Sept. 11.

Sheldon Community Association members wrote a letter in February addressing concerns for development and mentioned access issues with the Capital SouthEast Connector plans, according to the Elk Grove Citizen.

The connector is a 34-mile expressway that would link Elk Grove with Rancho Cordova and El Dorado County, providing an alternative to congested highways.
