Former WNBA player and two-time Olympic gold medalist Ruthie Bolton says her Elk Grove house was foreclosed while she was working to modify her loan, according to News10.
"In a lawsuit filed in Sacramento Superior Court, Bolton claims the lender authorized the auction at the same time as it was working with her on a loan modification," News10 reported. "The process is known as a dual-track foreclosure, which has been against the law in California since January."
