First found this place two years ago when our old dog was dying. They were amazing! Woke up to find my dog very sick, possible stroke. My regular vet's office was closed, so I grabbed the phone book and after a few calls to closed offices, Franklin Ranch answered the phone. They told me to bring him right in, and even met us at the car with a gurney to put the dog on. Sadly, he died the next day, but the entire staff was amazing through the whole process. We now take our new dog there and could not be happier.
