Midtown Warehouse Fire Successfully Contained
Fire officials battled heavy smoke, fire, but kept the blaze contained. (VIDEO)
SACRAMENTO, CA — Fire officials say a quick fire attack and a second alarm bringing more personnel helped stop a commercial warehouse fire in midtown Sacramento before it spread. The building was a large auto repair facility located at 17th and J Streets.
After smoke removal and a quick assessment of the building, a restaurant directly next door was able to stay open for business for the Easter holiday. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and there were no injuries.
