Stockton Shooting: 5-Year-Old Girl Among 3 Killed; 2 More Hurt
BREAKING: Five people in all were shot on Mother's Day in the city's Park district.

STOCKTON, CA — A Mother's Day shooting in Stockton's Park district has left three people dead — including a 5-year-old girl — and two more hospitalized. Police said they were called to the area of 11th Street and Belleview Street around 10:15 p.m. Sunday for a report of a shooting.
A preliminary investigation showed five people had been shot, police said. A man and a woman were declared dead at the scene. The girl died at a hospital from her injuries.
Two men remain hospitalized.

Homicide detectives are investigating, police said. No details were provided about any suspect or motive for the shooting.
