Tell Us Where You Go for Your Favorite Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Melted cheese in between two buttery pieces of bread — who doesn't love a good grilled cheese sandwich? 

In honor of National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day, which happens to be today, and April being National Grilled Cheese Month, we want to know where you get the best grilled cheese sandwich. Do you make it at home (please share your recipe if you do!) or do you have a favorite local spot?

Our colleague in Roseville raves about five-way grilled cheese. Their sandwich is made with cheddar, jack, Swiss and mozzarella in between slices of grilled garlic Parmesan sourdough bread. Yum.

offers a number of delicious panini that include cheese, but we're not sure they count as grilled cheese sandwiches per se; the meat is usually the star ingredient.
