Leucadia Apartment Building Sells for $3M

A 16-unit apartment building on Vulcan Avenue recently sold for just over $3 million.

According to The Daily Transcript, the 14,400-square-foot property at 1021 N. Vulcan Ave. was purchased by Yuan Shen, of 11590 Parkhurst Square, San Diego, 92130. The seller of the property was Hasan S. Ergin, who keeps a listed address at P.O. Box 218, Carlsbad 92018.

The building sold for $3,158,000—and the seller took back a trust deed for $2.3 million in the transaction.

Each unit in the complex has two bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms. The building was constructed in 1986 and it sits on a 36,590-square-foot lot.
