Melba Road Apartment Property Sells for $775K

An apartment property at 583-585 Melba Road in Encinitas sold for $775,000.

The buyer was Kathleen de Paolo, trustee of the Kathleen de Paolo Separate Trust in Solana Beach, according to The Daily Transcript. And the seller of the three-unit property between Gardena and Golden roads was Carmel Trust, with Carolyn Kutzke, Mary Leigh Porter and Evanne D. Lill as co-trustees.

The paper reported that the 2,467-square-foot apartment was built in 1964. It consists of one detached, two-story duplex and one non-conforming unit.
