Pacific Surf Inn at 1076 N. Coast Highway 101 in Encinitas sold for $4.08 million.
The San Diego Daily Transcript reported that the buyers were Keith B. and Sara S. Harrison of Encinitas and James E. Harrison and Sharan K. Harrison, trustees of the Harrison Family Trust. The seller was Gili Investments Inc.
The inn was constructed in 1978 and consists of 30-units, each with full kitchen and patio or balcony, according to the post, and can be redeveloped into mixed use with 19 residential units over retail space.
