1. The Encino Little League All-Star teams were in action this weekend as they played against Sherman Oaks, Conejo Valley, Canyon Country and Oxnard. In other Encino Little League news, congratulations to the 6U Eagles team (pictured) that won the Diamond Rock Father's Day tournament. The weekend was capped with a victory over Westlake American (17-5) in the championship game.

3. Today marks the birthday in 1880 of one of the most remarkable American women — Helen Keller.

4. The National Weather Service is predicting a high of 89 degrees today. The low will be around 59 degrees.
