Crews Douse Tarzana Business Fire
A fire broke out in a row of businesses along Oxnard Street in Tarzana Sunday.
TARZANA, CA —Firefighters extinguished a fire Sunday in one unit in a row of businesses in Tarzana, the Los Angeles Fire Department said.
The blaze which broke out in the business unit at 18310 Oxnard St. was reported at 5:14 p.m., fire department spokesman Brian Humphrey said.
A working sprinkler helped firefighters to confine the flames to just one business unit, Humphrey said.

The department dispatched 25 firefighters to the scene and extinguished the flames in about 16 minutes, Humphrey said.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire remained under investigation, he said.
