Here's the food truck roster for Wednesday. (Note: The lineup is subject to change.)

Fishlips Sushi

  • Usually found in Venice and Westwood, Fishlips features an authentic Japanese sushi menu that ranges from unagi (eel) and hirame (halibut) to albacore tuna and shrimp.
  • They also offer a variety of creative rolls, including the Red Dragon (avocado, cucumber, crab, mayo, green onion, tuna, hot-sauce, sesame oil) and their signature Fish Lips roll (soy paper/avocado/cucumber/asparagus roll with six types of fish and hot sauce).

Kabob Express

  • A tasty combination of Mexican flavors and Middle Eastern flair, Kabob Express serves what it calls Mexi-terranean cuisine. Think burritos and tacos filled with hummus, shwarma and tahini sauce.
  • The large menu also includes a carne asada wrap, falafel salad and, of course, kabobs.

Organic Oasis

  • This eco-friendly, solar-powered smoothie truck sells vegan organic smoothies, organic frozen yogurt, raw snacks, ginger shots and coconuts.
