Congressional Debate held at Notre Dame High School
The Sherman Oaks Homeowners Association has invited District 28* congressional candidates Merlin Froyd, Howard Berman and Carlos Rodriguez to debate during their regularly scheduled SOHA October meeting. All are welcome.
*District 28 includes part of Encino.Â
