The Encino Neighborhood Council's Planning & Land Use Committee will be holding its general meeting Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Encino Community Center.
The meeting is open to the general public. Anyone who wishes to speak will be asked to fill out and turn in a speaker card.

- Discussion of liquor licenses in Encino and the Alcohol Beverage Control Act.
- Motion to establish a policy allowing the ENC to weigh in, and comment on projects in other neighborhood council jurisdictions that have a significant impact on the Encino community.
- Petition to support the proposed ordinance that is intended to protect the character of low-density residential neighborhoods/community care facilities, with requests for additional provisions.
- Motion to join LA Coalition 4 Neighborhoods.
- Discussion of a Hebrew School demolition and construction project.
