'Goldbergs' Actor Jackson Odell, 20, Found Dead
Jackson Odell, who was also a songwriter, had a recurring role from 2013-15 as Ari Caldwell on the ABC sitcom "The Goldbergs."

TARZANA, CA -- An autopsy is pending for 20-year-old actor/songwriter Jackson Odell, who was found dead at his home in Tarzana on Friday, a coroner's lieutenant said Sunday.
Odell, who had a recurring role from 2013-15 as Ari Caldwell on the ABC sitcom "The Goldbergs" and also appeared on television shows including Modern Family, Arrested Development and "iCarly," was found about 1:45 p.m. Friday, unresponsive, at his home in the 5000 block of Beckford Avenue, said Lt. Rudy Molano of the Los Angeles County coroner's office.
An autopsy should be done "in a couple of days," Molano said.

Odell had been acting since age 12. He appeared in the 2011 film, "Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer," and was also a singer-songwriter who contributed to the soundtrack for the 2018 movie "Forever My Girl."
