Joe and Tina Simpson Reduce Asking Price for Encino Home

Joe and Tina Simpson, the parents of singer and actress Jessica Simpson, have reduced the asking price of their Encino home to $3.995 million, a cut of $400,000, according to Yahoo! Homes.

The home, located on Encino's Hayvenhurst Avenue, has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, according to the real estate listing, and also features grounds that include a "fireplace, fire pit, wet bar, lagoon-style pool and spa complete with grotto waterfall, sports court, gazebo, and putting range with views."
