Kevin James Sells His Encino Mansion
The "King of Queens" actor makes $5.5 million from the sale.
Kevin James has sold his Encino mansion for $5.5 million, according to Realty Today. The King of Queens actor had purchased the home in 2003 for around $3.2 million and had only listed it for sale in April.
According to the report:
...the home is a lovely resort style place in a gated estate located on Bertella Drive in Encino. The main residence spans an area of 11,291 square feet sitting on a two acre lot. Built in 2003, the home features modern architecture with hardwood, tiled, marble and mixed flooring and large floor-to-ceiling windows. The residence comprises of five bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

According to Radar Online, James purchased a home in Florida in 2012 for $18.5 million.
