Singer Nick Lachey and his new wife, Vanessa Minnillo, have spent $2.85 million on an 8,134 square-foot home in Encino, according to AOL Real Estate.

The Spanish-style home has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, several fireplaces, a modern kitchen and a swimming pool.

Lachey, 37, and Minnillo, 30, tied the knot last month on Necker Island in the Caribbean with close friends and family.
